items can be returned if we have sent the incorrect products to you, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. 

All items are strictly NON RETURNABLE unless a fault in which an exchange will be arranged.

Please note that any items damaged due to weather conditions and extreme heat are out of our control therefore no refunds or exchanges will apply.
